Terms of use
This site
criticalstate.xyz presents our studio and our games. It is offered as is, without guarantees that it’s always available or error-free.
Our games
Some of our games are free to play in the browser. Others have a free demo in the browser, with the full version sold on Steam or another store. When you buy a game on Steam or another store, that store’s terms apply to the purchase, including its refund policy. Free games may add optional paid features later; any price is shown before you pay. Where a game has its own terms of use, they are linked from its page.
